We were tasked with full social media management. To begin with we spent time at the restaurant to help us develop an understanding of what the overall in-person experience was like. We then went away and developed an online persona, tone of voice, marketing calendar and online strategy for the restaurant. After presenting this with the client we then began our full social media management service; weekly stories, regular photo postings, Instagram Reels.

 

To maintain contact and keep everyone updated, we regularly meet with the client to keep them updated with latest trends, performance data and plans for the following quarter.
